Week 12 inactives: Who's in and who's out?

Who should you start? Who should you sit? To help you set your fantasy football lineups and avoid starting an offensive player who won’t be in the lineup, we’ll post fantasy-relevant updates and analysis here as NFL teams release their official inactives lists. Any rankings cited in this column come from our ESPN Fantasy staff ranks.

Official Sunday inactives should begin coming in approximately 90 minutes before the scheduled kickoff times: around 11:30 a.m. ET for the early games and 2:30 p.m. ET for the late-afternoon games.

Refresh often for the latest information.

4 p.m. ET games

Josh Reynolds, WR, DEN: Hand — OUT
Impact: Next week might finally be the time for Reynolds to return. Devaughn Vele and Lil’Jordan Humphrey keep their minimal fantasy value for now.

Alexander Mattison, RB, LV: Ankle — Doubtful
Impact: It looks like some combination of Ameer Abdullah and …

Zamir White, RB, LV: Quad — Doubtful
Impact: … Dylan Laube will be thrust into the RB spotlight for Las Vegas.

Noah Fant, TE, SEA: Groin — Questionable
Impact: He’s a game-time call, with slim pickings behind him at the position.

Tyler Lockett, WR, SEA: Foot — Questionable
Impact: He was a very late Friday add to the injury report, so be sure to pay attention to the inactives update when it is released.

Brock Purdy, QB, SF: Shoulder — OUT
Impact: Brandon Allen will start this week and potentially next week as well. Temper expectations for all 49ers receivers.

Sunday night game

DeVonta Smith, WR, PHI: Hamstring — OUT
Impact: Jahan Dotson will see action alongside A.J. Brown.

1 p.m. ET games

Eddy Pineiro, K, CAR: Knee — Active
Impact: Injured while celebrating the Panthers’ last win, the kicker should be good to go.

Jonathon Brooks, RB, CAR: Knee — Active
Impact: He will debut on Sunday and eat into Chuba Hubbard’s workload.

Miles Sanders, RB, CAR: Ankle — OUT/IR
Impact: His absence should mean Brooks is in line for a lot of snaps.

Adam Thielen, WR, CAR: Hamstring — Active
Impact: He has been activated from IR but limited in practice all week. It’s possible he only plays in a reduced capacity, so be careful.

Jalen Coker, WR, CAR: Quad — Inactive
Impact: Added to the injury list on Friday, it’s not a surprise that he can’t go today.

D’Andre Swift, RB, CHI: Groin — Active
Impact: A full Friday practice made it likely Swift would play, but the carry split with Roschon Johnson is still up in the air.

Keenan Allen, WR, CHI: Ankle — Active
Impact: Rome Odunze and DJ Moore would have to pick up the slack if Allen, who got hurt on Friday, falters during this one.

Jake Ferguson, TE, DAL: Concussion — OUT
Impact: Turn to Luke Schoonmaker or even Brevyn Spann-Ford if you’re desperate.

Brandin Cooks, WR, DAL: Knee — OUT/IR
Impact: Cooks was not activated from IR. CeeDee Lamb is the only Dallas WR with any fantasy value at all.

Isiah Pacheco, RB, KC: Leg — OUT/IR
Impact: The Chiefs say they’ll wait one more week before activating Pacheco, meaning Kareem Hunt will get No. 1 RB carries on Sunday.

Josh Oliver, TE, MIN: Wrist — OUT
Impact: While Oliver has no real fantasy value, his injury is likely to result in T.J. Hockenson playing on a full complement of snaps this week.

Malik Nabers, WR, NYG: Groin — Active
Impact: Nabers will play, as will Darius Slayton (concussion). However, with QB Tommy DeVito taking over for the released Daniel Jones, this is a WR unit to avoid.

Mike Evans, WR, TB: Hamstring — Active
Impact: Barring a pregame setback, Evans was always going to play in this game. He should be fine.

Tyjae Spears, RB, TEN: Concussion — OUT
Impact: Tony Pollard gets another week to dominate backfield touches in Tennessee.

Austin Seibert, K, WAS: Hip — Active
Impact: Zane Gonzalez is back to the practice squad, as Seibert gets ready to return to kicking duties.
