This space features an AI-powered concierge, digital check-in kiosks, and real-time repair status tracking through mobile devices.

This innovation solves two persistent customer pain points: service wait uncertainty and limited communication during maintenance. The AI concierge can estimate wait times, notify guests of delays, and recommend nearby amenities—all via SMS or app.
