The Who is Bringing Rock ‘n Roll Nostalgia to Sunrise

Old rockers never die, they just do farewell tours: Roger Daltrey, 81, and Pete Townshend, 80, are living proof. The two remaining original members of The Who — John Entwistle passed away in 2002 and Keith Moon died in 1978 — will hit the road for their “The Song is Over” tour, named after a track on their 1971 album “Who’s Next,” this summer. They’ll make a stop in South Florida at Amerant Bank Arena on August 16. Tickets become available through presales starting 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, and the regular on-sale date is Friday, May 16, at 10 a.m. A venue presale will take place starting 10 a.m. Wednesday through 10 p.m. Thursday at AmerantBankArena.com.
